I have been selling real estate on Ocean Isle and in Brunswick County for 23 years. I was the Top Producer in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 for Ocean Isle Beach in dollar volume and number of properties sold. In 2020 I was the top selling agent in number of properties. In 2013, 2014 and 2015 I finished the year as the #1 individual agent in Brunswick County.
In 2012, I joined Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage. In 2013, I earned the President Elite award for an individual and was the runner up for the individual Sales Agent of the Year. In addition, I was awarded the 2013, 2015, 2016 and 2017 Agent of the Year. In 2018 I started my team and was the #1 "Small Team" for Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage out of around 12 offices and 450 agents).
